After you have sent your order, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming your order.
If an error has crept into our stock system and an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified within 3 working days.
You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and/or to return the delivered articles without paying a fine or stating a reason, and this within 14 calendar days after the conclusion of the agreement or the delivery of the products. The shipping costs for returning these items are the responsibility of the buyer.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as we have returned items back in our possession. It goes without saying that these items are unopened and in the original packaging.
This does not apply to discounted items or items made to order.
If free shipping was enjoyed with the order, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund when returning.
If a package was not picked up in time at a collection point and is returned to us, you can pick it up at our depot in Aalst. If we have to send it back, the new shipping costs will be charged.
